The Amerigo Vespucci, historic and iconic Italian Navy School Ship, is on a tour around the world with stops in 28 countries. From Nov. 28 to Dec. 2 the world-famous Italian Vessel is in Mumbai for the first time in history. A vibrant extensive program of events dedicated to Italian excellences in culture, innovation, design and investment.
The Indian city that welcomed Vespucci is the country’s main commercial and financial center – the real beating heart of a rapidly growing economy.
On the occasion of this stop, Vespucci is accompanied by the setting up of the Villaggio Italia, an initiative encouraged by Defense Minister Guido Crosetto and other 11 Ministries to promote Italian brands and goods worldwide.
