Year 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

*PUBLIC NOTICE: CALL FOR YEARLY VIDEO AND PHOTO SERVICE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Herewith the Embassy of Italy invites professional video and photo service providers to share their proposals for an annual service as per following requirement:<\/p>\n

20 photo shoots during Embassy\u2019s official events + 20 video shoots during Embassy\u2019s official events + 20 video editing \u00a0(short teasers of 30\/45 seconds for social media) + 02 aerial video shoots with drone during Embassy\u2019s official events + 01 yearly video (as a final compendium of all the events shot during the year)<\/p>\n

The proposal should consider the following criteria:<\/p>\n

*The best ten photos should be transferred during the event itself.<\/p>\n

*All the photos shot should be sent within 24 hours from event after clean up (no replicas, no blurry images, etc).<\/p>\n

*The teaser should be ready within 48 hours from the event conclusion.<\/p>\n

*The final yearly video should be shared at least one week before the end of 2025.<\/p>\n

*Public Notice – Suppliers Register<\/strong><\/p>\n

With this public notice the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi has decided to create a\u00a0Suppliers Register.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Interested companies, in possession of professional practice license in accordance to the rules and regulations currently in force in India, shall register on the Italian government portal \u201cTRASPARE\u201d at the following link\u00a0https:\/\/maeci.traspare.com\/suppliers<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

This phase does not generate any confidence in the operators regarding the subsequent invitation to any procedure.<\/p>\n

-Attachment: Regulation for the accreditation, evaluation, operation and management of the register of suppliers of goods, services and works of MAECI<\/a><\/p>\n

*Public Notice<\/strong><\/p>\n

With this notice of market research the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi has decided to carry out a market survey to create a Suppliers Register<\/em><\/strong> for qualified companies with a view to undertake the maintenance of the diplomatic compound<\/strong> buildings aimed at the functional recovery, the full use of the buildings and the optimization of the Administration’s resources.<\/p>\n

Interested companies, which shall be registered and possess professional practice license in accordance to the rules and regulations currently in force in India, should register on the Italian government portal \u201cTRASPARE\u201d https:\/\/maeci.traspare.com\/suppliers <\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

This phase does not generate any confidence in the operators regarding the subsequent invitation to the procedure.<\/p>\n

The Embassy of Italy in New Delhi reserves the right not to proceed.<\/p>\n
