Applicants (companies or individuals) should send an e-mail with the following subject: ITMA 2023 – VISA APPLICATION*, to the following address: visaftrack.newdelhi@esteri.it (*)
The email content should clearly state in this same order:
1. Indian Company located in India;
2. Letter of invitation from ACIMIT Servizi Srl, on behalf of the organizer ITMA Services;
3. List of people invited that are applying for the visa.

APPLICANTS CAN APPLY FOR EITHER BUSINESS OR TOURISM VISA TO ATTEND ITMA UNTIL JUNE 1ST 2023.
EMAILS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN THE FAST TRACK PROCEDURE.
