BENEFITS FOR THOSE CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD AND FOREIGNERS WILLING TO RESIDE IN ITALY

Art. 5 of the “Growth Decree” (Decree Law of April 30, 2019, No. 34, converted by law on June 28, 2019, No. 58) provides important fiscal incentives for those citizens residing abroad (workers, teachers, researchers, pensioners, sportsmen) and foreigners with substantial assets who are willing to reside in Italy.
The effective application of the benefits depends on the personal situation of each tax payer.
